Vivo has launched the selfie-centric Z10 in India. The smartphone’s USP is its 24-megapixel front camera and a “Moonlight Selfie” flashlight. Even at the back, the smartphone features a 16-megapixel camera with phase detection autofocus (PDAF) technology, ability to take 64-megapixel Ultra HD photos, and record ‘Slow Motion’ videos.
The Vivo Z10 is priced at Rs 14,990, and it is available at offline stores. But for now, the smartphone is restricted to certain markets including Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.
Under the hood, the Vivo Z10 comes packed with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor coupled with 4 GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The display is 6-inch FullView display with 18:9 ratio with 84.4% screen-to-body ratio and HD+ resolution.
The dual-SIM Z10 gets a dedicated microSD card slot as well, so you can use two SIM cards and a microSD together at one time. The software on Vivo Z10 is dated sadly, comes with Android Nougat 7.1, although Vivo has included face-unlocking feature. The standard fingerprint scanner is located at the back. The battery capacity is 3,225mAh and includes micro USB port for charging.
Vivo had recently launched the Vivo Z1i in China at a price of RMB 1,898, which roughly translates to Rs 19,600. Buyers will be able to choose between black, gold, and red colors.
