WhatsApp has discreetly rolled out a Beta update for Android Wear devices to make it more user-friendly for its smartwatch users. With this update, WhatsApp users on Android-based wearable devices will now be able to get a preview of received messages as well as reply to messages directly from their smart wrist-wearable. The most interesting feature in the update is that it now let users send voice replies in the message thread.
Talking of the features in detail, the updated version 2.11.318 of WhatsApp now allows users of Android Wear to get a complete message preview right on their smartwatch, unlike earlier when a user could see just a notification of the message. Also, users will now also be able to see individual sender’s name messaging in a group. The update also brings stacked notification feature which lets a user expand and read each message in the notifications for WhatsApp.
The app supports voice replies, which can be sent by simply opting for the respective option right from the smartwatch itself. Also Read - How to send high-quality images on WhatsApp in simple steps
