A day after kicking starting the World Cup 2014 celebrations with a doodle, Google has put up yet another doodle that revisits the World Cup opening ceremony. The animated doodle replaces the letters L and E with stick figures reminiscent of the characters from last night s performance. The World Cup 2014 opening ceremony took place at the Arena Corinthians in Sao Paulo, ahead of the first match between Brazil and Croatia. The ceremony saw a lot of reference to Brazil s culture, and was capped off by performances by pop stars Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull, who sang this year s World Cup 2014 song We Are One (Ole Ola). On Google Doodle s webpage, the company describes this doodle as, The World Cup opening ceremony was so inspiring and what an unbeleafable coincidence our next doodle has a dancing tree person too.
