WWDC 2018: How to watch Apple keynote live tonight at 10:30PM IST

Apple has extended the list of supported browsers this year to include Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Apple’s annual developers conference, WWDC 2018, kicks off tonight. CEO Tim Cook’s keynote address will start at 10:30PM IST in San Jose, California at the McEnery Convention Center. As is the tradition, Cook is expected to unveil the latest versions of Apple’s operating systems across different platforms. So we can expect announcements around iOS 12, macOS 10.14, watchOS 5, and tvOS 12.

In case you want to follow the keynote address, Apple will be live streaming it for everyone. This live stream will work on Apple’s iPhones, iPads and Macbooks using the WWDC app. Macbooks need to be running macOS Sierra 10.12 or later, while the iOS devices need to be running iOS 10 or later.

Besides the WWDC App, Apple users will also be able to able to watch the livestream using their Safari browser by visiting the Apple website s WWDC live stream page.

Apart from the Safari browser, Apple used to support Microsoft Edge browser on Windows 10 devices, and this year Apple has extended its supported browsers list and added Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox to it. And those systems using the latest versions of the aforementioned browser will be able to watch the livestream from the Apple website. The browsers must have MSE, H.264, and AAC in order to support the livestream.
