At its event in China today, Xiaomi launched its flagship device called the Mi Note, as well as a more powerful variant called the Mi Note Pro. Additionally, it also took the wraps off Mi Headphones and a new set-top box called the Mi Box mini.
The high-end headphones feature a semi-open acoustic structure, 50mm beryllium diaphragm speakers, and super low 32-ohm impedance. Also on offer are interchangeable ear covers, which lets users choose between on-the-ear and over-the-ear styles, and straight silver-plated wire. The premium headphones come in black leather with shiny gold metal, and are priced at 499 Yuan (Rs 4,970 approximately).
Xiaomi also took the wraps off the Mi Box mini set-top box, which is so small it can fit into a plug point. As for specifications, it features a 1.3GHz Cortex-A7 quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 4GB flash memory, 1080p display resolution, Dolby, DTS audio and dual band Wi-Fi 802.11n. The box is priced at 199 Yuan, which is Rs 1,980 approximately.
