Xiaomi launches a Game keyboard with mechanical switches in China

Xiaomi claims that the keys have been “ergonomically designed to match the angle of each finger” to make the keyboard more comfortable.

Xiaomi has just launched a new Game keyboard with mechanical keys in the Chinese market. The keyboard comes with 104 keys, RGB illusion backlight , and an aluminum cover. The keyboard using the RGB lighting to create a dazzling lighting effect. The company claims that the keys have been ergonomically designed to match the angle of each finger to make the keyboard more comfortable while allowing users to have an improved experience while gaming. The listing page claims that the triggering force for the new switches is between the classic red axis and the classic black axis . The actuation distance for the keyboard is 3mm which according to Xiaomi, makes the experience more comfortable while gaming. The keyboard also comes with a 32-bit Sonix master (MicroController Unit) MCU with 48M frequency and 1000Hz rate of return . Xiaomi claims that the keyboard can support up to 33 key responses at the same time to ensure that serious gamers can use multiple key operations without any issue. The Game keyboard comes with two sets of foot pads, one hight, and one low, for each pad that allows the users to choose the angle of the keyboard in accordance to their existing comfort. This announcement comes at the same time when the company launched its Sports Bluetooth Headset for users for 99 Yuan. We are not sure if the company is planning to launch the Game keyboard in the Indian market.

Talking about the pricing, the Game keyboard is priced at 229 Yuan which translates to Rs 2,298 at the time of writing. Going back to the RGB lighting in the keyboard, the company claimed that users can control the patterns of the lighting to switch between RGB wave, RGB chase, and RGB breathe. Users can also change the brightness, speed, and color that the lights on the keyboard switch. Last but not the least, the keyboard comes with two colored injection keycap.
