In case users want to unsubscribe they simply need to send a text ‘STOP’ to the same number on WhatsApp. Furthermore, the customer service request which Xiaomi is promising with the Mi Bunny can be raised by simply texting ‘Support’ to the same number and follow the on-screen details. The company says that a user will receive a call back from Xiaomi team after submitting the request.
