Xiaomi launched the Mi 4i earlier this year, and now it seems the company is planning on launching another smartphone that will slot between the Mi 4i and the flagship Mi 4. In terms of design there is very little that seems to be different when compared to the Xiaomi Mi 4i. Even most of the specifications seem to remain the same, except the processor. Where the Mi 4i is powered by a Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor, the leaked Mi 4c seems to be powered by a Snapdragon 808 hexa-core (1.4GHz Cortex-A53 quad-core + 1.8GHz Cortex-A57 dual-core) processor. This incidentally is the same processor that you will find inside the LG G4. Also Read - Redmi Note 10 price in India increased, once again

The Android version mentioned is 5.1 Lollipop, which means that the smartphone will run on MIUI 7 out-of-the-box.
The fact that the smartphone has been spotted on TENAA and that it cropped up on AnTuTu means a launch shouldn’t be far off. But it is likely to be first launched in China.
