Recently announced Xiaomi Mi A1, which runs on stock Android OS has received an update. This update brings the September Security patch to the device along with stability improvements and bug fixes. The September Security patch is crucial for Mi A1 users to download as it also ensures safety from the BlueBorne Bluetooth attacks. Along with that the patch resolves a number of issues categorized between moderate and critical. The update is 1059MB in size, and it is recommended that you be connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. For a successful update, ensure that the device’s battery is charged to at least 50 percent. If you haven’t received a notification for the update, you can check manually by heading over to Settings -> About Phone -> System Updates.
