In addition to the Mi Band, Xiaomi will also launch the mammoth 16,000mAh Mi Power Bank in India soon. This new Power Bank is similar to the ones already available in India, except for the bump in the capacity. It features five 3,200mAh batteries, two USB ports, and weighs only 350 grams. There is no word on the pricing, but it won t be too heavy on the pockets.
Xiaomi currently sells the 10,400mAh and 5,200mAh Mi Power Banks on Flipkart, priced at Rs 999 and Rs 799 respectively. Xiaomi claims that the 10,400mAh Mi Power Bank is powerful enough to charge the Mi 3 2.5 times, an Apple iPhone 5S 4.5 times and an iPad mini 1.5 times on a single charge. The 5,200mAh Mi Power Bank, on the other hand, is capable of charging the Mi 3 once and an Apple iPhone 5S twice on a single charge. It is highly portable boasting a width of 5.5cm and is as big as a business card.
