There seems to be no stopping the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 leaks as we inch closer to an official launch. Xiaomi’s phablet is scheduled to launch in China later this week on July 19. Now a teaser video has confirmed a couple of features of the upcoming device.
A teaser video has surfaced on Chinese website Youku, which gives us a fleeting glance at the Mi Max 3. It confirms the near bezel-less front panel that have been seeing in recent leaks. The video also confirms that the phablet will be backed by a massive 5,500mAh battery. This is relatively larger than the 5,300mAh battery found on last year’s Mi Max 2.
Additionally, an alleged advertisement of the Mi Max 3 has also been spotted online. The ad, shared by Twitter user @TechNavvi, again gives us a glimpse at the phablet. The video confirms that the Mi Max 3 will flaunt a 6.9-inch display, which falls in line with previous leaks.

Xiaomi Mi Max 3 rumored specifications, features
Based on what we have come across so far, the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 will flaunt a tall display running at FHD+ (2160×1080 pixels) resolution. A recent leak suggested that the phablet will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset. There are likely to be two variants to choose from – 64GB+4GB RAM, and 128GB+6GB RAM.
For photography, there will be a dual-camera setup (12-megapixel+5-megapixel) at the back, and an AI-backed 5-megapixel selfie camera. The battery on board will support Quick Charge 3.0, and for security there will be a fingerprint sensor at the back. On the software front, it will no doubt run Android Oreo-based MIUI 10.
