Xiaomi is scheduled to launch the Mi MIX 2s on March 27 in China. And just days ahead of the official release, a new video has leaked, and it gives away some hints at the design of the Mi MIX 2s. In line with previous rumors, the smartphone is shown sporting a notch at the top-right corner, which will also house the selfie camera.
Shared by SlashLeaks on its YouTube channel, the video shows off the front of the purported Xiaomi Mi MIX 2s. And unlike the Mi MIX 2, which sports the camera on the lower bezel of the device, the Mi MIX 2s is shown with the infamous notch. Interestingly, some time ago, a screenshot was leaked, which claims to show the Mi MIX 2s with feature a bezel-less design – without a notch or marked out space for a front-facing camera sensor.
Leaks till now also suggest that the Mi MIX 2s will feature a Qi standard wireless charging, it will come with support for ARCore. Reportedly the smartphone is also expected to sport a vertical dual camera setup, and several AI features.
Meanwhile, it is also rumored that the Mi MIX 2S will feature a 6.01-inch OLED screen made by Samsung. Further, according to a couple of leaks, the MI MIX 2s might also have an under-display fingerprint scanner. Leaks also point at the Mi MIX 2s sporting a massive 4,400mAh battery setup. It is also believed that the smartphone will come with 8GB of RAM, and 256GB inbuilt storage.
Besides the leaks, Xiaomi has already confirmed that the Mi MIX 2s will be its first handset with Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 845 processor.
