Xiaomi seems to be doing a good job in dropping teasers for the launch of its upcoming flagship, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 3. The company has posted a number of teaser photos, posters, and videos to reveal the select specifications of the upcoming device. With the launch event about a week away, two new teasers have surfaced on the internet. The latest teasers reveal some sample photos that were taken with the Mi MIX 3 along with a 15-second video which showcases the slide out camera on the device. Though, the sliding mechanism will not be similar to what we have seen on the Vivo NEX or the Oppo Find X.

According to separate reports by Playfuldroid, these teasers have come either through official channels from Xiaomi. The increase in teasers is likely aimed at generating hype on social media about the launch of MIX 3. Talking about Mi MIX 3 sample photos, the President of Xiaomi shared two images that were taken from the device. Taking a closer look at the images, both images were shot in dim-lighting conditions at what appears to be a restaurant. The images manage to exhibit the low-light capabilities of the device.

Both images seem to be taken from the same angle to cover the same frame and the only difference seems to be the focus of the images. The first one is focusing on the background while the second one is focusing on the subject in the foreground.

On the other hand, the video demonstrates the slide-out cameras on the upcoming device.

According to a report, MIX 3 “can be unlocked by sliding the display downwards”. Previous reports have indicated that the company is likely to pack an advanced 3D-facial technology in the device to make the face unlock feature more secure. This comes right after the company officially confirmed that the device will come with 5G support and 10GB RAM.
