Xiaomi is trying to disrupt India’s TV market with the launch of its Mi TV. With Mi TV, Xiaomi is aiming to disrupt the market not only in terms of price but also user experience. Now, Eros Now has announced a strategic distribution partnership with Xiaomi. With the partnership, Eros Now will be available within Patchwall on all Mi TVs sold in the country. The integration will give access to a bouquet of 11,000+ Bollywood and Regional language films, entertainment shows, music videos and originals at a monthly subscription of Rs 49 for the Plus Plan and Rs 99 for the Premium Plan. The partnership with Eros International to integrate Eros Now within Patchwall comes as Xiaomi celebrates four years in India. Xiaomi also recently integrated Eros Now with its Mi Video app and this distribution partnership will allow Eros to reach new audience in the Indian household.

Xiaomi sells three TVs – Mi TV 4 and Mi TV 4A with 32-inch and 43-inch screen – in India. The Mi TV 4 with 55-inch display is billed as the thinnest LED TV in the world while the Mi TV 4A models offer value for money features and specifications. The Mi TV 4 is priced at Rs 44,999 while the 32-inch and 43-inch Mi TV 4A are priced at Rs 13,999 and Rs 22,999 respectively.
