You can download the Recovery ROM from here http://bit.ly/2Du4dHB, and flash it using the recovery update tool. Simply download the ROM (ZIP file) and save it in the root directory of the internal storage of the smartphone. Next, go to Settings > About Phone > System Update. Here, tap on the three dots on the top right corner, choose update package (select the downloaded ZIP file). It will verify the package and ask you to reboot the smartphone. Once the installation is done, the smartphone will reboot on its own, and if everything goes right, you will be on Android 9 Pie beta.
