Xiaomi, for some time now, has been touted to launch a smartphone, under its new series dubbed as Pocophone. The device is speculated to be called Pocophone F1, which was recently spotted getting a certification on the FCC website after being certified by the Taiwanese certification agency NCC. While that clearly hints at the device launching soon, the smartphone’s availability has largely been unknown. But not anymore. While a launch date hasn t been revealed, previous rumors have suggested the smartphone to be priced at 420 Euros, which is approximately Rs 33,600 for base variant. The higher-end variant is expected to be priced at 460 Euro which comes down to roughly Rs 36,800. Pocophone F1 specifications and features
The Pocophone F1 is suggested to flaunt a 5.99-inch IPS LCD display, which will feature a resolution of 2160 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9. Underneath the hood, it is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 845 SoC alongside 6GB of RAM. The smartphone is suggested to be available in storage options of 64GB and 128GB.

On the software front, it is touted to be running on Android 8.1 Oreo-based MIUI 9 out of the box. The device is expected to be fueled by a 4,000mAh battery, which is suggested to carry quick charge support. A dual-rear camera setup is also expected, but its specifications haven t been revealed yet. The same goes for the front camera as well. Connectivity options will likely include dual-band Wi-Fi support, Bluetooth, and Band 40 LTE support.
