Along with the Redmi 5A, the new Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 will also go on sale via Flipkart at 12:00PM today. Asus has partnered Flipkart to sell the smartphone exclusively via the e-commerce portal, and it competes with the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, Redmi Note 5 Pro, and Honor 10 Lite among others. Xiaomi Redmi 5A, Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 price in India
The Redmi 5A starts at Rs 5,999 for the 2GB RAM with 16GB storage variant, whereas the higher variant costs Rs 6,999, and comes with 3GB RAM with 32GB storage. The Zenfone Max Pro M1, on the other hand, is priced at Rs 10,999 for the 3GB RAM model, whereas the higher variant with 4GB of RAM will set you back by Rs 12,999.

The Redmi 5A features a 5-inch HD display, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 quad-core chipset. For shutterbugs, the smartphone features a 13-megapixel primary camera with LED flash, and a 5-megapixel front camera. Connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and 4G LTE are present on the smartphone. Armed with a 3,000mAh battery, it runs Android Nougat OS with MIUI 9 skin on top.
