Earlier today, Xiaomi launched the Redmi 6 Pro smartphone and Mi Pad 4 tablet in China. One of the highlights of the Redmi 6 Pro is the AI dual cameras at the back to with portrait mode, beauty mode and scene detection to help you capture better photos. Xiaomi has shared some of the camera samples shot on the Redmi 6 Pro and they look good.
The dual camera setup incudes a 12-megapixel primary sensor of f/2.2 aperture, and a secondary 5-megapixel depth sensor for portrait mode. It includes street shooting mode, auto HDR, Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS), blur background and night enhancement mode to reduce noise in low-light photos. Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro specifications and features
The Redmi 6 Pro flaunts a 5.84-inch full HD+ display running at a resolution of 1080×2280 pixels, and featuring a 19:9 display. The notch houses the front camera, earpiece and proximity sensors. Under the hood is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core SoC clocked at 2GHz.
On the connectivity front, the smartphone features dual SIM card slots, 4G LTE with VoLTE, GPS, and Wi-Fi. The Redmi 6 Pro is powered by a 4,000mAh battery to keep things ticking. In the software department, the smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with MIUI 10 skin on top.
