The Redmi Note 6 Pro will be made available for purchase starting 12:00PM today, on both Flipkart and Xiaomi India’s official website. Since it’s a flash sale, limited units are going to be up for grabs, so we advise getting online a little ahead of the sale’s commencement (on a fast and reliable network connection), to up your chances.
There are two configurations of Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro available – 4GB RAM/64GB storage and 6GB RAM/64GB storage – priced at 13,999 and Rs 15,999, respectively.
According to Flipkart’s listing details, buyers will get 10 percent discount off the price of the Redmi Note 6 Pro, if they pay via an Axis Bank Buzz Credit Card. As per Xiaomi India’s listing, there’s a flat discount of Rs 500 for HDFC Bank’s debit/credit card holders. In addition, customers shall also be entitled to three months of free Hungama Music subscription, as well as a cashback of Rs 2,400 and up to 6TB 4G data from Reliance Jio.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro: Specifications and features
Powering the Redmi Note 6 Pro is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 636 SoC, paired with 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The smartphone features a 6.26-inch FullHD+ notched display with a resolution of 1080×2280 pixels and a 19:9 aspect ratio. There’s Android Oreo on-board, with MIUI baked on top.

For imaging, Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a dual-lens camera system at the back, comprised of a 12-megapixel unit and a 5-megapixel unit. There’s a dual-lens camera setup on the front as well, made up of a 20-megapixel sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor. All standard connectivity options are included, with a 4,000mAh battery rounding off the spec sheet.
