Xiaomi has yet to reveal an official launch date for its Redmi Note 6 Pro, but that hasn’t stopped the leaks. The latest set of leaks leave very little to the imagination.
YouTuber TechnicalGuruji has posted an unboxing/hands-on video of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro. The video shows everything that you will find in the upcoming device’s retail box. These include the device, a USB cable, and a 10W charging adapter. It also shows the device from all angles, thereby confirming quite a few previous leaks.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro expected specifications, features
The Redmi Note 6 Pro will flaunt a 6.26-inch FHD+ display with 19:9 aspect ratio, and a notch at the top. Under the hood will be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, which is the same as the Redmi Note 5 Pro. There are likely to be multiple variants, but the one in the video is seen featuring 32GB storage, and 3GB RAM.
Making sure everything ticks will be a 4,000mAh battery with support for Quick Charge. Like most Xiaomi devices, there will again be an IR Blaster at the top. On the software front, the device will run Android 8.1 Oreo-based MIUI 10 out-of-the-box.
The highlight of the device will be the four cameras on board. At the back, the dual-camera setup will include a 12-megapixel primary sensor, and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. As for the dual-camera setup at the front, there will be a combination of 20-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro prices leaked
The Redmi Note 6 Pro has been spotted at another online retailer ahead of the official launch. This time, the smartphone has been listed on Smart.md with a price tag of MDL 5,800, which is approximately Rs 25,000. The price tag seems to be on the higher side, so we would take it with the proverbial pinch of salt.
