Xiaomi is hosting a global Mi phone launch in New Delhi on April 23 and running up to the event, the Chinese smartphone maker is dishing out several teasers about the upcoming smartphone. Xiaomi added two more teasers after our last report talking about the cryptic images. One of them has a picture of a cactus field, accompanied by a luscious green field with the question ‘Feels the same?’. This indicates that the feel of the smartphone, or the material used to build the smartphone will be of premium quality. The other image talks about the size of the smartphone, and has pictures of a football and a cricket ball with the question ‘Do all flagship phones fit comfortably in your hands?’. This indicates that the smartphone will not be bulky and fit well into your hands.

Other teasers that were released over the weekend indicate high resolution display, great battery life and an intricate design structure. As the event draws close, rumors are ripe that Xiaomi is launching the Mi 4i. The smartphone was leaked just days ago and the image shows off an ultra-slim bezel design. The hashtag #iDisagrees and the tagline i is coming? add more fuel to the chatter.
From what we have heard so far, the Mi 4i will feature a 4.9-inch full HD (1920 1080 pixels) display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core 64-bit processor, and 2GB of RAM. Additionally, it is also expected to feature 16GB internal storage, a 13-megapixel primary camera, 5-megapixel selfie camera, and on the software front, it will run on Android Lollipop out-of-the-box.
