Xiaomi will be launching five new ‘smart living’ products in India soon. The company has posted a GIF image teaser of the upcoming products appears to be an expansion in smart home appliances and wearables category in the country.
As per five icons highlighted in the GIF image teaser, it seems that Xiaomi might be bringing a heart rate tracker built-in Mi Band 3, a new Mi TV, a new Mi Air Purifier, Yi CCTV and action camera to India. The company has even kept a contest for Mi Fans on its MIUI Forum thread. Interested users can log in to reply to the thread with expected product and these will be considered as an entry for the contest.
To recall, Xiaomi had launched the Mi Band 3 in May alongside the Xiaomi Mi 8 and Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, Mi 8 Explorer Edition in China. The fitness tracker is the successor to the Mi Band 2. It comes with an updated design, added features and an improved capacitive 0.78-inch OLED monochrome screen. The band comes with a heart-rate sensor, fitness and activity tracking that includes step counting, sleep monitoring and more.

The Xiaomi Mi Band 3 is priced at RMB 169 (approximately Rs 1,800) in China. In June, the company claimed to ship over one million units of the band in just 17 days after its launch.

As yet, there is no information on the products being launched in India, neither there is any official launch date by Xiaomi for these products.
