Just a week after listing the device on its official website, Xolo has officially launched the Q900s Plus. The successor to the Q900s is now available for purchase on Infibeam for Rs 7,999. The officially listed price on the company’s website is Rs 8,299. Infibeam is also offering one-day and free shipping on the device. As far as specifications are concerned, the Q900s Plus flaunts a 4.7-inch HD (1280 720 pixels) IPS display, with a pixel density of 312ppi, and is powered by a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 200 quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM.
The smartphone also features an 8-megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 8GB internal storage, microSD card slot, and a 1,800mAh battery that the company claims is good enough for 14 hours of talktime and up to 246 hours on standby mode.
Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, 3G support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and on the software front, it runs on Android 4.4 KitKat. At this price point, the Q900s Plus is likely to face some stiff competition from the likes of the Panasonic P41, Micromax Canvas HD Plus A190 and the super-affordable Redmi 1S.
