A couple of days after the Xolo X910 was spotted online, Lava s sub-brand seems is close to launching another device called the A500+. Mostly likely to be the successor to the A500, which launched earlier this year, the folks at AndroidNova report that this mid-range Android device will be priced at Rs 6,500. According to the report, the dual-SIM A500+ is said to sport a 4.-inch WVGA (800×480 pixels) display and will be powered by a dual-core MTK6572 processor and 512MB of RAM. The device is also likely to include features like a 5-megapixel rear camera, VGA camera at the front, 4GB of internal memory that can be expanded to up to 32GB using a microSD card and a 2,000mAH battery. On the software side of things, the device will be running on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean out of the box, with the report also mentioning that it will be upgraded to 4.2 Jelly Bean soon after launch.
The report further mentions that the device is expected to be launched sometime next month.
