Indian vendor Xolo has launched the Windows Phone-powered Xolo Win Q900s. The smartphone is now available for sale for Rs 9,999. Announced in June, the dual-SIM capable Xolo Win Q900s sports a 4.7-inch 720p IPS display. Powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, coupled with 1GB RAM, and 8GB internal storage, the handset runs Windows Phone 8.1 out of the box. Cell shutterbugs will appreciate the 8-megapixel shooter with LED flash at the back, and a 2-megapixel front facing camera. A 1,800mAh battery powers the device. For a refresh, Windows Phone 8.1 brings a plethora of new features to the operating system, chief among them are the voice assistant service Cortana, the action center, and Word Flow keyboard.
