As we inch towards Mobile World Congress scheduled next month, we are seeing Nokia’s forthcoming Normandy smartphone leak with increased frequency. After the photo of the device and purported screenshots of the UI surfaced online, another set of photos have leaked courtesy of @evleaks (attached below), which show the homescreen and the app menu on the upcoming smartphone.
The homescreen screenshot is consistent with what leaked earlier this week. Looking at it, you won’t be wrong to mistake it as a Windows Phone. The right photo shows the app menu, which not only looks like the Windows Phone UI, but also seems to function like a notification menu. The photo shows push-notifications for Facebook, missed calls, Skype, reminders and alarm among others. Another noticeable thing in the photos is the two network bars on top, which indicates that Normandy will feature dual-SIM card slots.
