After introducing the Blade S7 at an event in Shanghai last week, ZTE has launched three new smartphones under its Blade series – Blade X9, Blade X5 and Blade X3. The three smartphones are currently available in Russia, there’s no word as yet on availability in other markets.
The Blade X9, which is the costliest of the lot, is priced at RUB 17,990 which is roughly around Rs 18,400. The Blade X5 and Blade X3 are priced at RUB 10,990 (Rs 11,200 approximately) and RUB 8,990 (Rs 9,200 approximately) respectively.
ZTE Blade X9 specifications and features: The Blade X9 features a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS display and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor clocked at 1.5GHz, clubbed with 2GB RAM and an Adreno 405 GPU. It also features a 16GB inbuilt storage which can be further expanded with a microSD card (up to 128GB). On the camera front, it features a 13-megapixel with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front facing camera.
On the connectivity front the Blade X9 is a dual-SIM card supporting LTE-enabled smartphone Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, FM radio, and Micro-USB. It features a 3,000mAh battery and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box. The smartphone also comes with a circular fingerprint sensor below the rear camera of the device.
ZTE Blade X5 specification and features: The Blade X5 features a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display and is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6735 clocked at 1.3GHz, packed with 1GB of RAM. The smartphone comes with 8GB of inbuilt space, which can be further expandable using a microSD card (up to 32GB). On the camera front it carries a 13-megapixel rear autofocus camera with LED flash and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
Backed by a 2,400mAh battery, the smartphone features dual-SIM card slot, LTE-enabled smartphone Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, FM radio, and Micro-USB and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box.
ZTE Blade X3 specification and features: Features of this smartphone are similar to the Blade ZX5 except for the camera resolution, processor and battery.
It comes packed with MediaTek processor clocked at 1GHz. While the camera includes an 8-megapixel rear autofocus camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The smartphone is also powered by a larger 4,000mAh battery. Just like the above two smartphones, the Blade X3 also runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box.
