Smartphones confirmed to launch in January 2022: OnePlus 10 Pro, Realme GT 2 series, and more

While many brands are prepping to flaunt their premium smartphones for the year, a few others are planning to bring rebadged versions of the already launched devices in the coming month. Here's the list of phones confirmed to debut in January 2022.

Xiaomi-11i-Hypercharge

Xiaomi 11i series will make its debut in India on January 6. The phones that will include Xiaomi 11i, and Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge are tipped to the rebrands of Redmi Note 11 Pro, Note 11 Pro . The Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge is confirmed to feature a 120Hz display, 120Hz super fast charge support, and MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC. Xiaomi 11i is expected to get a 120Hz display, 108MP triple rear camera, and 67W fast charging support.

Realme GT 2 Pro

Realme GT 2 Pro is set to launch on January 4. The premium phone from the brand is said to equip the brand new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, and come with ‘Ultra-Wide Band HyperSmart Antenna Switching’ with 12 antennas. Rumours suggest Realme GT 2 Pro is tipped to sport a 6.7-inch FHD AMOLED display, triple camera setup, at least 12GB of RAM, and a 5,000mAh battery.

OnePlus 10 Pro

OnePlus 10 Pro will officially debut on January 11. Successor to the OnePlus 9 Pro, the phone is confirmed to get the top-of-the-line Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip. The phone will likely feature a 6.7-inch QHD AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, and LTPO 2.0 technology. It may get a 5,000mAh battery and support 88W fast charging support.

IQOO 9 series

iQOO 9 series will mark their debut on January 5. The series that will include- iQOO 9, and iQOO 9 Pro are said to get Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip onboard and feature a 120Hz refresh rate 2K AMOLED display. The Pro model is tipped to get a 50MP primary camera. Both the devices are likely to pack a 4,700mAh battery.

Vivo-V23 Pro

Vivo V23 Pro is set to launch in India in the first week of January. The device is tipped to get major upgrades over the V21 series. The phone is rumoured to ship with a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC, feature a 120Hz refresh rate AMOLED display, at least 8GB RAM, and 55W fast charging support.
