Xiaomi has added another action camera to its MIJIA portfolio. Akin to a number of MiJia products, the latest 4K action camera is exclusive to the Chinese market and priced at RMB 699 (approximately Rs 6,800). It is unclear if the action camera will make it to the Indian market.
Xiaomi's crowd funding platform MIJIA has launched a new pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) camera. This extends its home security essential product portfolio. Priced at RMB 149 (approximately Rs 1,500), the smart camera will be limited to China markets for now. Xiaomi will start shipping the camera from September 15 in China. The company is not known for making MIJIA products available outside the country that often. Thus, details on India availability and price of the PTZ camera remains patchy.
Xiaomi, with its Mi ecosystem sub-brand MIJIA, has launched the successor to last year s NineBot Mini. Announced at Xiaomi s annual Mi Ecosystem event in China, the NineBot Mini is a mini scooter, that also doubles as a bot. As compared to its predecessor, the new Ninebot offers improved stability, it climb over obstacles such as bumps easier, and it also very convenient to hop on. The controls of the Ninebot Plus are simple to get used to.
Xiaomi will conduct its annual MIJIA conference tomorrow in Beijing. This year s event could witness the most expensive product launch from Xiaomi under MIJIA. The product in question is expected to be a home laser projection TV called the Mi Laser TV. This product is speculated to be priced at 12,999 Yuan which rounds off to Rs 1,23,087 approximately.
Xiaomi has added another member to its crowdfunded product portfolio, known as MIJIA. The latest product is called Aqara Flood Sensor. As the name suggests, the device comes with a sensor that alerts users in the case of flooding. The device is priced at Rs CNY 70, which is approximately Rs 750. It will be available for purchase from August 3 in China. And as expected, there s no word on availability of the device in India.
Adding one more product to its consumer durables portfolio, Xiaomi announced a new smart body scale called Yunmao Good Light Mini 2. The fancy-looking device is the company s 72nd crowdfunded project and does more than just calculate your body weight. It is priced at 89 Yuan (approximately Rs 840) and is available through Mi home crowdfunding platform. The smart scale will start shipping from May 11 in China.
